Ask SecureGuard a question. Answers come from this site's docs only. I will cite a page. I will not invent a product claim.
Describe the network, not the requirement
Uplinks, zones, tunnel counts, what you are replacing and what has to keep working during the change — that is what lets us tell you plainly whether today's build fits, and where it does not.
Sales and evaluations
Support
support@secure-guard.io
Include the support bundle from System ▸ Support — it carries the active revision id and the service state, which is most of the diagnosis.
Licenses and downloads
Codes, licenses and images live in your account. To activate a code, use the activation page.
Need it operated for you?
Hosted or managed Guard is by request only — not a published SKU. Request managed Guard.
Before you write
The documentation covers install, licensing, HA and the AI layer, and the build status lists what is finished and what is not.
Need it operated for you? Request managed Guard.
SecureGuard is an appliance you run. Community, Home, and paid tiers are self-hosted licenses on hardware or a VM you control. Hosted or managed operation is by request only — not generally available, and not a published SKU.
What this is not
This is not a cloud firewall, not a point-of-presence network, and not an auto-blocking SaaS. It is a request that we operate the same appliance image for you, if and when that makes sense for the site.
